What products do I need to purchase to be eligible for the promotion?

How long is the Offer Period?

Promotional Period – purchase between 15th May to 30th June 2020.
All claims must be fully completed and submitted online by Friday 7th August. No claims will be processed after this date.

How do I enter this promotion?

Claimants must visit: www.Electrolux.com.au/promotions

Follow the prompts to the claim page during the Promotional Period, input the requested details and submit the fully completed online claim form. Choose to upload your scanned or photographed purchase receipt or select to post in your receipt to the below PO Box and click ‘submit’. You will then receive email confirmation of your claim and Claim ID number.

When does the promotion close?

Last purchase date is 30th June 2020.

What is the Cashback?

Every valid claim received during the Redemption Period will be awarded 10% of the purchase price or RRP (which ever price is lower in value for the Participating Products purchased) for all the Participating Products purchased.

How will I receive my cashback?

The cash back will be awarded in the form of a payment via EFT transfer to a nominated bank account or to a designated credit card only. The claimant must nominate their chosen payment method when submitting their claim online.

What if the payment fails to my account?

You will receive an email advising your payment failed and will be asked to resupply your EFT details for processing.

When will I receive my cashback?

Claimants should allow 6 – 8 weeks for delivery of their cashback from the end of the redemption period.

Can I enter multiple times?

One (1) claim per person (with a maximum also of one (1) claim collectively by all persons in any one household) are permitted in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Why is there no box to tick for Privacy? Is it a secure website?

This is a secure website – your privacy is protected throughout the website. As per the Terms and Conditions, Electrolux may use your information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning you.

I entered a different name on the online claim form, from the name shown on the receipt. Is this OK?

No, it is not. The name/entrant on the claim form must match the name on the receipt, in order to be eligible for this promotion. Claims that are received showing a different name will be made invalid.

I don't have internet or email, is there another way for me to enter in this promotion?

Unfortunately not. You will need to find a family member or friend who has internet access who can help you complete an online claim.

I am having trouble downloading my claim form, what do I do?

You need to have Adobe Acrobat Version 5 or above – this is a free installation. Please also check that your pop-ups are not being blocked and are activated. You may also need to install Active-X controls in your Internet Explorer browser.

Why don't I get an email back straight away after registering?

Sometimes there are short delays in email transmission. If you have not received a confirmation email within an hour, you may have entered an incorrect email address. It is also possible that your email service provider is blocking this mail as Spam or Junk mail. Please check your Spam and Junk Mail folders. If you still have not received a confirmation email you can contact us via email at: [email protected] for assistance.

I need the serial number of my purchased product to submit my online claim, but the product is currently not in stock OR I won't take delivery of my product within the promotional period. Am I still eligible to claim?

Yes you are still eligible to claim. If you do not have your serial number you can still start the claim process as long as you have paid for your product in full within the Promotional Period.

If you don’t have the serial number of your product you will be prompted to select the reason why when you enter your claim online.

You will then receive an email to remind you to submit your serial number. You have 90 days from the end of the promotional period to submit your serial number to ensure that your claim can then be validated. Failure to submit your serial number within this period will render your claim invalid.

Orders showing incomplete payment for the participating products will not be accepted. You must have paid for your purchases in full by the end of the promotional time frame.
